Jobs and Skills Summit Attendee

PROJECT: In September 2022 Alexi Boyd representing the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA) at the Australian Government Jobs and Skills summit 2022.

“Led by the Prime Minister and Treasurer, and supported by other key ministers, the Summit recommended immediate actions and opportunities for medium and long-term reform.” (Treasury website)

This was a highly sought after invitation with only 100 delegates permitted. Delegates included the CEOs of Australia’s largest companies, leaders of Australia’s most prominent business and civic groups and industry associations as well as union delegates and Members of the Australian Parliament.

EVENT: According to the Treasury, The Jobs and Skills Summit brought together Australians, including unions, employers, civil society and governments, to address our shared economic challenges. The subsequent white paper will focus on
