PROJECT: In this project for an audience of small business owners I was both presenter of the topic “What’s Your Small Business LockdownPlan” and webinar host. Webinar design & prep, creating presentation and delivering content, I also controlled the Q&A and gathered data through an online poll. Retention was 86%.

EVENT: Ku-ring-gai Council Economic Development team presents a webinar to turn that long list of To Do’s into Done! Join Alexi Boyd, radio host of Small Biz Matters who will share practical strategies on how to get through the shutdown with a checklist tailored for small business. Topics will Include: Revisit or start your business plan, Social media planning, Legals, insurance, security, website development.
